Al-Farran Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in the city of Quseir, south of the Red Sea Governorate, and among the Islamic monuments that remain until this time, its construction dates back to its owner Ibrahim Khalil Al-Farran from the people of Hijaz, the most important mosques that the people of the historic city, overlooking the Red Sea coast.

 

In the month of Ramadan, this mosque witnesses a large influx by worshipers, to perform Taraweeh prayers, as well as praying Tahajjud and performing the ten days of Ramadan.

 

The mosque is not only restricted to people as a place to perform the obligatory prayers, but also blesses them with it, so they hold inside it throughout the year, their children's marriage contract, and their social occasion.
